Catherine trained at Salisbury Catering College and went on to work in 4 & 5 Star hotels in the New Forest as well as running and owning her own catering and hospitality businesses.
Catherine ran a restaurant in Sherbourne, Bowleys for a few years before she moved to run the Westbury Inn where she was a finalist in Catering Pub of the Year. She was also awarded Business Woman of the Year (Caterer and Hotel Keeper).Catherine also worked for Punch Pubs as Catering Development Manager and was awarded Catering Development Manager of the Year.
Catherine has catered for celebrities and members of the aristocracy and occasionally caters for the Bishop of Bath and Wells.
